David J. Manogue

David J. Manogue, a shareholder with SSEM, was graduated from the University of Wisconsin and from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Third and Ninth Circuits, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Courts of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Manogue is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.

Since admission to the bar, he has practiced in the fields of general and commercial litigation, including securities and antitrust law, and complex products liability litigation.
